Rubicon HR Canada is seeking motivated and experienced sales pros to grow our national network of clients. This commission opportunity allows for a flexible schedule that you set yourself. Full-time or part-time positions are available now.
Rubicon HR Canada is a recruiting and HR service that specializes in urgent hires and entry-level staff.
We pre-boarding the staff by screening, vetting and having a qualifying interview. Then we have them do a background check, provide needed documents such as SIN, bank information, etc. That way they are ready to hire, a few questions aside in the final video/phone interview. This saves the applicant and the employer a great deal of time and hassle.
We also offer hiring campaigns for more specific client needs that get great results at a great price. In addition, our tech-stack consulting helps save our clients on system costs and work smarter. Lastly, we can help with virtual and hybrid office setup for clients ready to make the switch from brick & mortar.
THE LEVELS
Affiliate
Affiliates simply hand off potential clients directly to Rubicon by an introductory email and/or call and Rubicon takes it from there. Affiliates are not asked to close or secure payment from any clients and are only asked to introduce us to potential clients so we can do the rest. This opportunity pays an ongoing residual commission of 5% gross of pre-tax payments received by the client.
So this means if you introduced us to a client that continues to use our services each year for a total of $50,000.00/year your residual commission would be $2,500.00/year. If they pay us more you get more. If they pay us less you get less. If they do not pay, neither does Rubicon.
Affiliate is best for candidates seeking a part-time, residual, passive income opportunity.
Account Manager
A more traditional sales role, account managers are responsible for every level of the sales process. From cold calls to closing and collecting, the account manager covers it all. But once closed, there is very little to do. Operations handle the day-to-day customer service and all the candidate onboarding and processing. This opportunity pays an ongoing residual commission of 25% gross of pre-tax payments received by the client.
So this means if you introduced us to a client, processed, closed and collected, that continues to use our services each year for a total of $50,000.00/year your residual commission would be $12,500.00/year. If they pay us more you get more. If they pay us less you get less. If they do not pay, neither does Rubicon.
Account Manager is a full-time or part-time position for those with experience in sales and account management.
Both opportunities are a residual commission. So as long as the client continues to use Rubicon services, you keep getting paid. This means full-time account managers can break free of even needing a job within a few years! And part-time still works great for passive, residual income.

MUST-HAVES
Experience with direct sales including social media, email, CRM and phone.
Your own computer and mobile phone.
A desire to help local businesses that have had a rough time over the last few years.
Knowledge of general office software. (G-Suite, Office 365, etc)
Pass a criminal background check.
