Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Work with clients in schools, districts, and state educational agencies to develop an overall change management strategy, to include actionable and targeted plans for communications, stakeholder management, training and change readiness, metrics, and evaluation.
Identify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
Prepare client-facing project deliverables and presentations with exceptional quality.
Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
Facilitate professional learning to deepen senior educational leaders’ knowledge, build new skills, and implement change management strategies.
Develop and nurture relationships with various clients and partners (federal, state, local, foundations, and organizations) by leading humbly and inspiring confidence.
Participate in the marketing of RTI capabilities to new clients and contribute to proposal development.
Provide insights regarding market trends, changes, and emerging opportunities.
Contribute to the advancement of internal initiatives and ongoing continuous improvement efforts.
Participate in internal meetings as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business administration, education or related field and at least 8 years of related experience required. Equivalent experience of a Master’s degree with at least 6 years of experience or a PhD with at least one year of experience is also accepted.
Demonstrated expertise in design, development, and delivery of change management strategy, programming, and support.
Experience facilitating and presenting in front of groups.
Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in a variety of roles.
Ability to work independently and within a dynamic matrix environment, and ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities, take initiative, and set expectations as a results-oriented self-starter.
Ability to bring structure to the undefined, manage volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity with comfort and the agility to learn through it.
Exceptional written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple graphics and short narratives.
Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback and incorporate adjustments to professional practice.

Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% as conditions allow.

To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading in the educational space (either within a school or district) or as a third-party service provider.
Change management or project management certification.
Experience working in management consulting.
Familiarity with public education and trends as evidenced by experience working in education-focused environments.
The anticipated pay range for this role is listed below. Our pay ranges represent national averages and may vary by location as a geographic differential may be applied to some locations within the United States.
