RTG Medical is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to our growing team. To excel as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, we are looking for experience in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should be a high-spirited, well organized, personable individual with a sharp eye for talented people. You will discover talent, build a strong employment brand and branding team, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. You will be a key stakeholder in our company-wide internship program as well as recruiting efforts at colleges and universities utilizing RTG interns and employees.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition/ Corporate Recruiting/ Student Outreach
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding
• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Excellent communicator in all settings, both written and verbal
• Well-organized
• A leader and strategic thinker

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Collaborate on talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Support employment branding initiatives
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
• Assist talent development division to ensure positive new hire onboarding
• Participate in student outreach w/ partner colleges & universities
• Assist with strategy and implementation of the company-wide internship program
• Communicate regularly with interns and champions regarding goals and activities
• Assist with planning and facilitating on-campus recruiting activities
• Work with a team to coordinate career fairs and other recruitment opportunities
• Ability to lead, inspire and influence others
• Utilization of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and associated processes
