RSU /MSAD (Bonny Eagle) Hiring for Kindergarten Teacher (One year only) at Hollis Center, ME Full Time

MSAD 6 is seeking a dynamic Elementary Teacher (Kindergarten) to join the instructional staff at Hollis Elementary School in Hollis, Maine, for the 2023-2024 school year only. The successful candidate will create a flexible instructional program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; establish effective rapport with students assigned to the classroom; motivate pupils to develop attitudes and knowledge needed to ensure that effective learning occurs for each child; and respond to a wide range of inquiries from students’ parents or guardians regarding instructional programs and student progress.

Applicants for this position must have degree(s) required in major area of study; Maine Department of Education certification with a #020 endorsement; experience related to the instruction of students of similar age and in the subject area(s) to be assigned; demonstrated positive, professional relationships with students and colleagues; and evidence of a strong desire to work with school-age youth.
