In addition to conveying cargo in line with top tier industry standards, RST also provides emergency response and training services throughout Atlantic Canada.

As we look to continue our growth, RST is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative located in Saint John, NB. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to fulfilling our customers’ requirements to maintain superior levels of service; this position will provide integral support to our Fleet Management team. Qualifications:
Demonstrates high standards of customer service and attention to detail

Post-secondary education with at least 2 years work experience, or the equivalent in training and experience

Can manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be team oriented and an independent self-starter

Experience in TMW system and excel would be considered an asset

Bilingual, fluent in English and French would be considered an asset

Experience in the Transportation Industry would be considered an asset

Responsibilities:
Achieving weekly and monthly business targets

Working with customers to provide seamless service

Review driver paperwork to ensure accurate billing

Investigate and correct billing discrepancies and errors

Adds value by continuously driving improvement in processes

Troubleshooting for sales and operational issues

Work with Fleet Coordinators to support customers’ needs
