As a Talent Acquisition Executive Hire Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing senior level Recruitment strategies to ensure Talent Acquisition delivers on the strategic direction for RSM to be an employer of choice. Working closely with the Head of Talent, and Talent Acquisition Managers create and execute first, right time approaches to support our future growth plans. Design recruitment and research strategies for Partner and Director hires nationally in line with our internal ‘grow your own’ strategy and our diversity agenda to reach 100 percent of the talent pool.

About the job

• Develop long term view of talent pipelines for succession of Partner and Director hires by working with senior Leadership to identify succession gaps and design plans to mitigate.
• Drive, where appropriate, direct sourcing methodologies and manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, candidate profiling, search for candidates, screening & initial selection and shortlisting and presentation to senior Leadership.
• Responsibilities will include supporting the Talent Acquisition Managers on projects, market mapping, candidate identification selection and engagement and where required, interviewing and client liaison.
• You’ll require a solid background as an executive search researcher,
• Support briefing presentations with Search providers (where applicable) managing status updates and drive momentum to process.
• Ensure delivery against D&I targets and support initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool.
• Ensure right selection and assessment tools are managed and utilised, providing robust reporting on success measures.
• Provide Senior level strategic talent planning advice to service line leadership, leading a variety of diverse change projects, understanding critical performance indicators and timelines.
• Extensive market mapping and research to source the top candidates in the market, working to complete mandates, getting involved with the initial pitch all the way through to completion
• Headhunting candidates via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Ensure interest and commitment from the candidate prior to client/candidate introduction
• Manage the Recruitment technology and ensure full compliance of use
  
• Accountable for function reporting and analysis, including performance analysis and insights to help shape further resourcing strategies.
• Build strong connections with the HR community to identify opportunities to improve service by gaining a deep understanding of the business lines and future growth plans.
• Enhance the employer brand through developing strategies and action plans to promote the RSM brand through multiple sources.
• Identify and develop external partnership with organisations that support our ambition for growth and aligned to the Talent acquisition pillars
• Large scale talent market mapping across service line, identifying future talent and designing an engagement strategy to raise the RSM brand to future talent.
  
• Provide Market insights and data driven analytics to enable key stakeholders to make commercial decisions in their respective service lines.
  
• Work in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Lead/s, HR and Talent Development team to identify High potential candidates suitable for Senior opportunities and maintain close connection to internal Talent.
• Ad-hoc projects as required

About the ideal candidate

What we’re looking for:

• You will already be/ have been operating within a TA function at Executive or senior hiring level or within a search firm, with proven solid experience in Executive hiring
• Communication/ interpersonal skills – you must be an adept communicator, ability to engage an influence across the business
• Discretion – you must be aware of the confidential nature of the work within the boundaries of employment law
• Proven Team leadership – you need to engage, drive, and support the Talent acquisition
• Executive Hire team to succeed
