The Role – Engagement Manager
RSK’s aims to:
Establish strategic partnerships with selected universities and other HE institutions in research, knowledge transfer, training, and recruitment.
Build on existing connections RSK businesses have with HE establishments and support development of new connections
Engage with universities and HE establishments to ensure an excellent pipeline of new talent
The engagement manager will have a group-wide remit and will report to George Tuckwell.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships between RSK and selected HE partners.
Identify and share best practice in HE engagement across the group
Work with business units and group HR teams to optimise recruitment of HE students and fulfil our equality, diversity and inclusion objectives.
Work closely with the business units and group functions to foster, identify and celebrate strong connections with HE partners.
Identify and communicate the latest developments and trends in the HE sector including course structures, funding models and business engagement opportunities.
Document and report on HE engagement including drafting formal reports to the Group Board.
Support external communication and outreach, raising RSK’s profile in the HE community as a valuable partner.
About You
Previous experience in an Engagement Management role.
Experience of supporting relationships between HE and businesses and an appreciation of what makes these relationships successful and enduring
Strong problem solving and creative skills.
Experience in building strong working relationships across a diverse stakeholder base.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Salary and benefits:
£30,000 – £50,000 Depending on Experience
