RSK Group Hiring for Administrator – x 6 month FTC at Norwich Full Time

Headland Archaeology, part of the RSK Group is looking to appoint an on-site Administrator for an initial 6-month fixed term basis. This is a site-based role based at our site in Norwich, Norfolk. You will need to own a car and be willing to travel to other local sites on occasions.

We are looking to appoint a highly organised Administrator to help with general onsite administration to ensure the smooth operations of our project based near Norwich. Key Responsibilities

General administrative and operational tasks

Collating and inputting data from site

Construction related administration

Organising inductions

Arranging accommodation and travel bookings

Working closely with other administrators

Dealing with incoming calls and emails

Dealing with enquiries through the phone, by email and face to face

Building and facilities coordination.

Person Specification

Previous experience in a similar site administration role

Background in construction sector

Experience in health and safety processes and procedures, and/or HR admin

Familiar with basic financial procedures (expense forms, receipts, purchase orders etc)

Detail orientated and quality focused

Good organisational & communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and use your own initiative

Excellent knowledge of MS Office & English language

Willingness to go on to site where necessary

Full Driving Licence.

£21,115 – £23,691 depending on experience
