Job Summary

Looking for a detailed, Happy energetic hard working front office EXPERIENCED check-in persopn. Must be happy, energetic hard working candidate to join our Dermatology family in Deerfield Beach. MUST have 1-2 years exp.! Dermatology exp a BIG PLUS, but not required.

Must be able to multi-task while providing our patients with exemplary customer service with a smile. Full time position, M-F No weekends….good benefits

Qualifications: Dermatology exp. is A BIG plus!

• Medical office front desk experience REQUIRED.
• Must have knowledge about insurance plans and how referrals work
• Must be able to identify a HMO/PPO plans and what that means
• Must be able to work in a busy office without direction. Multi tasking is a huge plus.
• Must have excellent computer skills, and work at a fast pace.
• Must have experience in scheduling appointments in a Practice management system (computer appointment system) EMR/EHR knowledge
