RS Components Hiring for Talent Acquisition Business Partner Job at Corby, Northamptonshire, East Midlands, England Full Time

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will support our Supply Chain market, working closely with a wide range of diverse stakeholders to bring in forward-thinking talent into our business. You will drive the talent acquisition agenda and build outstanding experiences for our candidates.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis and will offer a combination of being able to work remotely along with being office based. You will need to be able to be visit our office in Corby or London when required.

What we’re looking for

• Proven generalist or functional recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house environment showing strong business alignment, ideally within a customer-led organisation
• A proven recruitment expert with previous in-house recruitment experience, across specialist and volume hiring but with experience of other forms of recruitment delivery models (RPO, MSP, agency hiring etc.)
• Proven track record of developing effective relationships and managing expectations of multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrate the ability to challenge, build credibility and work with integrity at all levels within the organisation to influence change
• Comfortable with data and the ability to interrogate data to drive insight that is valuable to business and People stakeholders
• A team player who can operate both independently and as part of a team
