We have an exciting and newly created opportunity for a recruiter to join our supportive Human Resources team in Sydney. As a team of two, you will work with our leaders and HR Business Partners to translate workforce requirements into recruitment strategies across our Australia Asia Pacific segment.

Using your exceptional relationship management and strategic sourcing skills, you will formulate and manage strategies to identify and engage top talent. You will have both a consultative and responsive approach to managing the recruitment needs of our business whilst building talent pipelines and pools for key positions. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience and build on your existing industry networks.

Qualifications

You will be an experienced internal recruiter ideally within professional services and enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively to deliver results.
