RPS Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Brisbane Full Time

We are creating a Talent Acquisition team! You will play a key role in helping to shape the Talent Acquisition function.

Working closely with the HR Business Partners the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work across technically diverse business units and service stream offerings (Project Management, Environmental Consulting, Advisory Services, Marine Science, Water Engineering etc.). Providing 360 degrees recruitment and first-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Using your exceptional relationship management and strategic sourcing skills, you will formulate and manage strategies to identify and engage top talent. You will have a consultative and responsive approach to managing the recruitment needs of our business whilst building talent pipelines and pools for critical positions.

• Manage the resourcing process from job brief through to candidate selection
• Demonstrate strong capability partnering with stakeholders and taking initiative
• Have a solid consultative nature and customer-centric approach

• Be a brand ambassador and deliver a superior candidate and client experience
• Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
• Provide advice to internal stakeholders on the recruitment process
• Implement recruitment processes to ensure fair selection criteria, to meet diversity and inclusion requirements
• Development and management of a talent pipeline aligning with current demand and the strategic resourcing plan

Qualifications

About You

• 3+ Years’ internal recruitment experience across large, dynamic organisations, preferably within professional services.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent as sourcing tools
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management
• Experience in developing talent pools to enable optimal selection decisions
• Proven ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced, complex environment
• A flexible and positive approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
