We are searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner at our Dublin Kylemore Road facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Resourcing Lead and working as part of the wider HR function, you will work closely with business managers and their respective HR Business Partners, sourcing high calibre candidates through search and direct hiring activity, and to enhance the RPS brand as an employer of choice. You will support the design and delivery of resourcing plans, identify top talent, and manage specific resourcing campaigns.

Team Overview:
Our Talent Partners work across all RPS Group Segments providing bespoke high-quality talent acquisition services that include Volume, Specialist and Strategic Resourcing, Internal Talent mobility, Talent Pipelining and Talent Insight. As a team we deliver a range of bespoke and dedicated services for talent acquisition and retention across the group.
Overall Role Objective:
The Talent Acquisition Partner has responsibility for the high quality, cost effective and timely operational delivery of internal and external resourcing for assigned business areas. Coupling this with the intelligence and creativity to understand multiple businesses and market sectors while identifying and assessing the strengths and relevance of candidate suitability for role requirements across the business.

Your Background:
We are looking for a team player who is passionate about delivering an outstanding service to both our internal clients and candidates. You will have outstanding communications skills, with experience of working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, identifying hard to find talent. We are open to hearing from candidates with a few years’ recruitment experience through to experienced recruiters (agency or internal).
For us, it is about your passion to recruit and work effectively in a team environment. The role will be a hybrid model of office and home based working with the requirement to travel as and when needed.
