RPS Group Hiring for HR Administrator Job at Perth Full Time

HR Administrator, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries
- Assist with end-to-end management of the recruitment process as requested to support the People team
- Prepare and coordinate employment offers and employee correspondence documentation
- Own the set-up process for new employees as requested by the People team, including completion of paperwork and notifications
- Maintain employee data in CHRIS21 and coordinate this information with payroll and other departments
- Partner with and support HR Business Partner’s and HR Director, ensuring that all queries which require research or consultation are escalated to the relevant HR Business Partner
- Work in partnership with our HR team to provide administrative support and assistance to the wider RPS
- Prepare HR monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Provide assistance on HR Projects as required
Executive Support – on a needs basis.
- Support CEO and HR Director with company communications, company internal newsletter and updating internal SharePoint pages.
- Assist with Diary + Travel Management and expense claims when required
- Assist with Email management for CEO
Qualifications
- Cert IV Business Admin / HR related studies or equivalent years’ experience in a related field
- 5+ years experience in a previous office administration, Business Support or Personal Assistant role
- At least 1-year experience in an HR administrator role with a good starting knowledge of HR policies, employment relations and best practices
- High attention to detail and Demonstrated ability to produce good quality, accurate work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal and time management skills
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with publishing software, i.e. MS Sway, Publisher, Adobe InDesign, or Canva etc
- Experience using Chris21 would be viewed favourably
