Duties/Responsibilities:
· Inbound sales, Territory Development, and account management
o Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients in the Gift Card, Prepaid Credit Card and with any other relevant industries associated with products and services offered by Royal Performance Group and its affiliates.
o Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region or industry.
o Responsible for exceeding prior year’s sales actuals and meeting/exceeding company forecast.
o Collaborate with fulfillment and or any other department to confirm orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
o Identify client’s disagreements with the intention of managing and resolving them.
o Attend client meetings.
· Administrative
o Manage a portfolio of accounts in CRM and maintain accurate data inclusive of deals, contacts, data logging, and tasks.
o Periodically prepares and s results, status of accounts and leads to Director of Sales Enablement and/or Senior Management.
o Complete administrative work, as required.
· Closing the client
o Provides information, quotes, credit terms and other bid specifications to clients.
o Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or any other appropriate agreement in accordance with the perimeters as set forth by Senior Management.
o Prepare and present contracts, proposals, and presentations.
o Ensure the delivery of sales presentations for new and existing clients when applicable.
o Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.
· Goals
o Consistently meet or exceed goals as set forth by Senor Management.
o Seek assistance as necessary to achieve these goals.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills
· Thorough understanding of the products and/or services sold
· Organized with attention to detail and thoroughness to complete tasks
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly master technology used in the organization.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
