RPC Company Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Irving, TX Full Time

RPC Company has partnered with an Oil & Gas Company in search of a Data Entry Specialist/Customer Service Representative to join their team. The person in this role must be organized with strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. Experience/comfortable with taking calls from customers placing orders/taking over phone a plus!

• Long term assignment in Irving, TX until at least March 2024.
• Must be able to start ASAP and work in office.
• Pay $18-20/hr DOE.

Duties:

– Perform data entry tasks by inputting information from various sources into the company’s database

– File and organize physical and digital documents

– Take incoming calls and orders from customers

– Process credit card payments

– Provide general clerical support to the team

– Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order entry

– Experience/comfortable with taking calls from customers placing orders.

– Previous experience in a data entry, customer service or clerical role is preferred but not required

– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

– Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

– Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Strong written and verbal communication skills
