Role Description
Reporting to the National People and Culture Manager, you will partner with the business to understand and drive talent outcomes. You will work closely with leaders throughout their portfolio to oversee end to end recruitment activities, as well as providing recruitment guidance, expertise, and support.
Based in our Brisbane office, this role will see you define, develop, plan and implement recruiting strategies. You will also develop and implement reporting tools and indicators to identify insights for recruitment and related activities and, contribute to an improved recruitment process and service.
This would be an amazing opportunity for a recruiter looking to expand into a more strategic role. You’ll be a true business partner, responsible for guiding and consulting to the Senior leadership team.
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within Property, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, or Transport sectors. Recruitment agency experience is highly desirable.
