Requirements
The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Sydney on an initial 6 months contract which could lead to a permanent role.
In this role you will be providing a pivotal role in attracting talented people to join RP and advising on end-to-end recruitment to support our Project Management and Advisory team. This opportunity will see you actively utilising a variety of sourcing strategies to attract and retain high calibre candidates within the Project Management and Construction industry.
We have a newly formed Talent Acquisition function where you will be working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager within a very supportive People & Culture team. You will also have a chance to be involved in the development of the Talent Acquisition processes and initiatives from the ground up.
