Our (in-house) industry leading HD Walls digital print division is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Customer

Service Representative to join our amazing team. HD Walls

This person will be responsible for the oversight of on time projects and will coordinate several projects at one time from start

to finish. They will partner closely with cross-functional teams in Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Operations, and Sales. They

will work in tandem with the Digital Production Team to ensure priorities and customer needs are met.

A successful candidate will be someone who is extremely organized, can professionally communicate with customers and team

members on a daily basis while managing multiple projects at one time. They must possess a positive attitude, ability to work

independently and as part of the team, while demonstrating leadership qualities that exemplify the Roysons/HD Walls model for

excellent customer service.

General responsibilities will include:

• Communicate with customers through phone and email.
• Assist customers with product questions and purchase orders.
• Oversee the entire order process, per project, from initial order to shipment.
• Create quotes per project.
• Assist customers on resolutions related to product availability issues.
• Obtain purchase orders, process payments, create production work orders.
• Work cohesively with the designers, production team and other internal departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Education required, Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Prior ERP Order Entry knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel/Google business platform.
• 1 to 3 years of Customer Service or Sales Service experience would be ideal.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Organizational and Time Management skills with the ability to maintain detailed records.
• Ability to establish and continually develop professional relationships with customers and other department teams

within the organization.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the

customer experience.
