About us

In addition to having a veterinarian and support personnel on duty six days a week, we’re also available as needed for emergency calls. We welcome walk-in appointments and extend a comprehensive range of servicesfor your pet.

We are looking for professionals for our Appointment Scheduler role. The Appointment Coordinator will coordinate multiple appointments for clients by coordinating the schedules of clients, stylists and receptionists. Our Appointment Schedulers’ duties will include scheduling services, answering incoming calls, handling client questions and dealing with difficult clients. This position is perfect for individuals who possess strong customer service skills, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are dependable and accurate.

Responsibilities:

• Book appointments, assist patients and paperwork documentation.
• Use appropriate greeting and tone when speaking with patients and other staff.
• Establish and maintain office relationships with community resources such as mental health counselors and hospitals.
• Multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Prioritize appointments.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
