Waterworth is looking to hire 4 Fellows for a holistic, paid experience covering training, self-learning, and skill application in a high-intensity start-up experience. The Fellowship pays out CAD$16,000 + commissions over a 4-month onsite program from March to the end of June. Fellows will focus on driving new business and sales growth.

Depending on team progress and priorities, and individual interest and aptitude, we may open additional learning and contribution opportunities around the core business of utilities cash flow planning and utility rates management.

The Fellowship is in-person only, based out of Victoria for 4 paid working months from March to June 30th, 2023, and pays C$4,000 per working month + commissions. The in-office working shift is ideally from 6-2:30, or equivalent hours starting no later than 7. If you come from out of town, you will organize and pay for travel and living. It may be possible to coordinate with others (the company will facilitate this). You must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or an international student with valid work authorization.
