About the opportunity
This position will be responsible for managing Royal Rehab’s current hiring needs and headcount growth across the business. You will attract, retain and develop individuals for various roles while working to improve the Employee Value Proposition to potential hires and recommend strategies on areas for improvement.
In this role, you will drive employee brand awareness to ensure Royal Rehab secures the best talent in the highly competitive marketplace in which we operate and you will support and develop our talent to grow and succeed.
