Royal Paper Box Company is a family owned company doing business for 80+ years in Southern California. We are the premier folding carton manufacturer on the west coast, serving the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Consumer Products industries worldwide. Over the last two decades, we have grown from a boutique manufacturer to one specializing in increasingly complex designs and packaging solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble documents and instructions for manufacturing of folding cartons.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 guidelines to minimize errors
• Must be able to work independently on projects from 30 minutes on up to 3 hours, multiple times per day.
• High attention to detail both written and illustrated.
• File production paperwork and folders in assigned areas. Overhead pulling and filing as needed.

Competencies:

• Basic math and measurements using measuring tape, ruler etc.
• Understanding solutions for materials usage multiplication, percentages and division is a must.
• Uses time effectively and efficiently. Able to process tasks in a timely manner

Additional Responsibilities:

• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Support our production team with changes to work instructions as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in printing and/or manufacturing is preferred, although not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel and Word) is preferred
• Ability to take direction and process a defined set of documentation parameters is a must.
• Ability to clearly communicate is essential

Pay: $20.50 – $25.00 per hour
