Applications are invited for the post of Student Recruitment Events Coordinator based in the Directorate of Marketing and Communications.
You would be part of an innovative Student Recruitment section, responsible for the recruitment and conversion of students within the UK and overseas at undergraduate and postgraduate taught level. As our Student Recruitment Events Coordinator you would be part of the Events Team, working alongside three other teams to deliver on our strategic goals.
The Events Team is responsible for the planning and delivery of our flagship Open Days, Applicant Visit Days, and other large-scale events, both on campus and virtually, for prospective students. We’re constantly developing our events to ensure they are engaging, targeted, and meet the needs of our prospective students and their supporters, and you would be key to delivering this. You would coordinate all aspects of specific student recruitment events, supporting the effective planning and delivery of the events.
Strong organisational skills are crucial, as is outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, as well as previous experience in student recruitment or event management. You will have a clear understanding of the UK Higher Education sector and the information needs of prospective students. This is an excellent opportunity to build a diverse range of skills and continue to develop a career in Higher Education events and recruitment.
This is a full-time and permanent post, available immediately.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. The successful candidate needs to be prepared to be on campus full time on occasion, but we are currently operating a WFH model and working on a hybrid/flexible approach going forwards.
