Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Role Context:
As a part of our global recruitment team, you will play a key role in Talent Acquisition for our leading markets in the UK. You will champion the change for sourcing the right talent within dynamic markets, such as Offshore Wind, Data Centres and our digital consultancy business.

Your typical day will be spent supporting the lead recruiter in guiding the business in developing and executing innovative recruitment activities to reach the passive market. You will be responsible in providing a world class candidate journey. This role will be a key member of a fast paced, highly professional global Talent Acquisition team. As a talent acquisition coordinator, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, liaising with stakeholders on requirements and develop direct recruitment solutions;
• Directly source candidates through social media, personal networks, advertising, employee referrals and CV databases;
• Headhunt passive talent and continuously build talent pipelines.

Location

The current recruitment team is Peterborough based, however remote working is possible in line with our flexible working policy. As a result, being able to commute to one of our UK offices is mandatory.
