We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic, passionate about Human Resources, People & Culture / HR Coordinator to join our team and take the next step in their career. As a HR Coordinator, you will look after the day-to-day operations, facilitate initiatives and projects based on the business and organisational needs.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who is able to:

• Manage day-to-day office operations
• Be the first point of contact in the department
• Support in recruitment
• Maintain HR systems with new starters, leavers and changes

• Support with monthly payroll input
• Support in the maintenance of policies & procedures
• Monitor and report of headcount & movements

About the Candidate:

• Experience in the use of spreadsheets, word processing, and PowerPoint presentations desirable

• Attention to detail
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills

• Facility to learn, use and manage various software
