We are looking to employ a hardworking, committed individual to join the ACCT Education Team, as a Practice Education Facilitator to ensure high quality education & training is provided for our staff. This post is pivotal in updating the team and supporting colleagues to complete their competency skills passport, mandatory training, & clinical skills ensuring a highly skilled workforce. You will work primarily in a clinical capacity alongside staff to promote best practice and inspire staff to achieve their best and promote a learning culture. You will also have a key role in ensuring the quality of care delivery is of an exceptional standard and staff are equipped with knowledge, skills and competencies to deliver that care.
