Royal College of Psychiatrists Hiring for Human Resources Coordinator at London Full Time

In this role, you will be required to manage the end-to-end coordination of our DBS and Safeguarding processes. This means you will work with people at all levels of the College. The role also supports our Workers recruitment process which has direct contact with our valued patients and carers. As a values based organisation we are passionate about ensuring fairness and equity of process and approach, as a result this role will also be our lead on ensuring our HR policies and procedures are up to date at all times, working with colleagues to support with these updates, as well as be the HR departments Data Protection lead.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring high levels of attention to detail are achieved and maintained. Additionally, as this is a busy role you will need to be able to manage multiple and competing tasks and deadlines calmly, competently and flexibly.

The successful candidates will be required to undertake a Disclosure Barring Service check.
