BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Talent Manager to join the team. This role is a Full-time position (4 days a week will be considered).
The position can be based from any of our UK & Ireland office locations and we fully support periods of remote working.
Regular UK wide travel (in particularly Camberley, London, Midlands and Hemel Hempstead) and occasional European travel will be required to fulfil this role.

Reporting to the Talent Manager UK&I, this role will play a fundamental part in delivering key projects within the Talent Management strategy.
Specifically, this will include driving engagement and behavioral change of our recently implemented Performance Management process and system across the UK and Ireland, in collaboration with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
o Embed and improve engagement of our performance and development process and system
o Embed behavioural change across the UK and Ireland in relation to performance management
o Develop and support other Talent interventions

Experience in project management
 Experience in managing behavioral change and change management
 Proven collaboration skills to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships across all levels
 Effective influencing and facilitation skills
 Effective and inclusive leadership and management capability
 Talent and Learning experience
