• Postgraduate qualifications in education

• Health Professional background

• Extensive experience in faculty development and teaching others how to teach

• Experience in design and development of courses

• Experience in assessment methodology

• Willingness to work flexible days including weekends and evenings and ability to travel within Australia and NZ to facilitate courses
