Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS) Hiring for Finance Transformation Manager Job at New South Wales Full Time

The role will provide leadership, project management and strategic and operational expertise in delivering best practice processes and solutions across the Finance ecosystem including the selection and implementation of an ERP system, finance processes and pivoting the team to contemporary financial practices. This role will be a 36 month contract.

Skills and experience

• Previous hands-on experience in senior Finance and/or Project Management roles
• Prior experience leading and managing significant and complex transformation projects from RFP to Delivery
• Strong written & verbal communication skills including, business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals
• Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down
• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
• The ability to identify, evaluate and program what actions must be completed meet business requirements and targets
• The ability to participate proactively in communication and consultation activities, express ideas, in a clear and convincing manner, listening and being receptive to the proposals
• Ability to present ideas before groups and obtain their commitment
• Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, or IT related
• CA or CPA Qualification
