Roxwell Talent Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist (Legal) Job at London, England Full Time

Delighted to be supporting a mid-sized law firm (c800 employees) headquartered in the city of London in recruiting a Legal Recruiter who will support with lawyer/fee-earner recruitment as well as recruitment into Business functions (Tech, Finance, Marketing, HR).

Key Responsibilities

• building an understanding of the firm, the teams/departments and what they look for;

• promoting and engaging in direct sourcing, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout;

• Building and maintaining talent pools

• liaising with recruitment agencies in relation to vacancies, sharing information on the firm’s various initiatives and encouraging a diverse shortlist of candidates;

• conducting initial telephone interviews with direct applicants and maintaining contact with them throughout the recruitment process;

• suggesting suitable interview exercises where required;

• Conducting competency based interviews

• providing feedback to candidates and extending job offers;

• contributing to the learning and development of the recruitment administrator; and

• maintaining an up to date knowledge of current and relevant employment legislation.

About you

• Ideally you will have 2-3 years recruitment experience gained either in-house or in agency and a keen interest in recruiting in the legal sector.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage c.20 vacancies at a time
• Clear and confident communicator
• Driven to fill roles directly whilst also able to manage agency relationships
• Calm under pressure and a team player
