**Hybrid working – Travel to the office as and when needed**
Delighted to be supporting an established Law firm in recruiting an experienced Recruiter with ideally 5 years experience (open to those from agency backgrounds and those without specific legal sector experience).
In this role you will work as part of a team of 3 and be responsible for recruiting a variety of roles including lawyers, experienced business functions professionals (inc/ HR, Finance, Technology) and legal support positions, across a variety of locations in the South and South West of England.
Key Responsibilities:
About you
As an experienced Recruiter, you will be highly motivated to deliver the very best outcomes in every interaction – whether this is with one of our partners or hiring managers, direct candidates or trusted agency partners. You’ll appreciate that the quality of your work, your approach and energy, makes the difference with these key stakeholders, and in order to build and develop strong and trusting relationships, you need to fully commit to the role. Being articulate, confident and a natural influencer and negotiator, you relish the opportunity to talk about the roles you are resourcing on behalf of the firm and appreciate the importance of understanding factors affecting the different candidate markets we seek to tap into. You will be naturally energetic whilst ultimately professional, and a strong and effective communicator who knows when to listen as well as to speak and understands the power of direct communications over emails. You will be tasked with taking ownership of roles from the outset and will be expected to get to grips with the specifics of vacancies by asking the right questions in order to convey the key messages to potential candidates and agencies. Equally, you will be adept at writing convincing and insightful advertising copy for use across a range of media. As such, you may have already gained experience in a professional services inhouse recruitment team, or perhaps feel now is the time to make the move.
