Roxwell Talent Hiring for Graduate Recruiter (Legal) at London Full Time

The purpose of this role is to deliver an effective and integrated attraction strategy and recruitment process to result in the hiring of the best trainee solicitors and vacation scheme attendees from the widest and most diverse pool.

This role will take responsibility for the recruitment process, from selecting applications (this firm receive about 10,000 p/a) to offers (the firm hire up to 100 trainees p/a for March and September, and 120 students p/a for the vacation schemes. Responsible for managing up to 500 interviews on an annual basis. The role will also assist with open days, insight schemes, skills sessions, post-offer days and access schemes throughout the year (30 – 40 events p/a).

The role will work with the Trainee Recruitment Manager and the wider Trainee Recruitment and Development team.

Expectations of the role

• Manage and co-ordinate the selection process for our global and UK vacation schemes and training contracts, as well as overseeing the internal candidate process.
• Plan and execute award-winning market-leading vacation schemes (Winter, Spring and 2x Summer) and insight programmes for first-year students (Pathfinder).
• Management of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assessment providers.
• Oversee the offer process for all programmes, manage intake numbers and start dates and facilitate a smooth handover to trainee development.
• Determine, oversee, and generate statistics to manage application to offer and acceptance volumes.
• Conduct HR competency-based interviews and manage assessment day wash-ups.
• Work with the Trainee Recruitment Advisor in the team to manage our commitment to the Race Action Plan and all diversity initiatives.

Experience required

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally 2-3 years.
• Strong administrative experience
• Experience in managing high volumes of processes
• Project management experience
• Strong IT skills including Excel and PowerPoint
