Delighted to be supporting a top tier law firm in recruiting a Learning and Development Manager responsible for the learning and Development of the firms trainee’s across all Practice Groups.

Key responsibilities:

• Line management responsibility for a team of Trainee Advisors

• Advising and supporting with communications and implementation of global programmes

• Collaborating with global stakeholders on Trainee development matters

• Collecting, analysing and reporting on data necessary for SRA continuing competence compliance reporting.

• Developing relationships, and meeting regularly, with practice group training partners, PSLs and associate advisors, to create and monitor regular training programmes.

• Act as a trusted subject matter expert on learning and development programmes for Trainees

What we are looking for:

• Someone with previous L&D experience in a law firm or professional services environment
• Experienced at leading and developing a team to achieve outstanding results
• Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
• A team player
• Good collaboration skills
• High levels of self-drive and determination
