We are looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team, based in Soho, London.

We are a small growing Talent Acquisition team based in London who provide a shared service that supports all the recruitment for Anzo Group, LiveScore Group and Roxor Gaming across their locations. For this we feel strongly about having a highly connected, close-knit team. Sitting within Anzo Group’s HR Department and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you can expect to join regular team meetings and get to know your colleagues from across the globe. We’re looking for a serious talent professional. In joining our team, you will be expected to contribute towards 300+ hires in 2021/2022 globally, as well as constantly strive to improve our processes and to deliver better for candidates and hiring managers alike. There are also plenty of opportunities to project manage exciting HR and Recruitment initiatives to foster your skill set and grow.

You Will Be Awesome At & Responsible For:

• Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in executing plans on recruitment requirements
• Delivering a five-star, world leading candidate experience
• Proactively engaging and working closely with hiring managers to provide a best-in-class experience across the hiring process
• Managing the priority of vacancies and taking ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for vacancies across both technical, marketing, design and operational departments
• Developing a key understanding of each specialism and looking for constant improvements in the hiring process.
• Identifying the most suitable and where possible, cost-effective method of hiring for a role; using direct hiring where possible, utilising job boards, advertising and social media to do so
• Reviewing and shortlisting large volumes of applications within short timeframes understanding that to secure the best candidates, speed is key
• Arranging and conducting interviews via various platforms, including Microsoft teams.
• Ensuring all administration is kept up to date on our ATS (Greenhouse) and GDPR compliance is adhered to
• Using data to update stakeholders and influence decisions
• Working across the team on cutting edge projects to further develop the business unit and its offerings.
• Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization

As The Ideal Candidate – You will have:

• A strong background in recruiting talent at all levels across a variety of roles
• Strong business understanding of marketing and technology departments within a large organisation
• Proven experience in consistently achieving direct hires
• Good knowledge of application tracking systems (greenhouse/workday/SAP etc.)
• The ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Proven experience working within a demanding recruitment agency or in an inhouse recruitment team responsible for sourcing direct talent
• Sound experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages and disabilities
