Digital Marketing Manager

Rowman & Littlefield is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to execute an email and digital campaign strategy to drive engagement, traffic, and revenue. This role manages internal and external relationships with primary responsibilities for the project management and creation of emails and digital advertising campaigns for nonfiction books. This position s to the Director of Strategic Engagement at the company’s Lanham, MD headquarters (near Washington, D.C.) in a hybrid workplace. Responsibilities

• Manages organic social and paid digital advertising program advertising
• Coordinates email campaign design, management, and execution
• Conceptualizes and designs social and email campaigns for engagement campaigns on lead books
• Provides website administration and optimization to including updating site, sale administration, and Google Analytics ing
• Optimizing, scheduling, analyzing, and ing on effectiveness of digital and email campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably within marketing and/or communications
• 5+ years of progressive, related experience, including experience with email creation, audience management, deployment, and analytics ing.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite programs, and/or Canva.
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
