Maintenance Tech for a 327 space mobile home park in Rowland Heights

Looking for an individual with experience in property maintenance. Must have valid California driver’s license.

Required to receive Gas certification after 90 days and replace gas, electric and water meters.

Work schedule Monday – Friday 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm with an hour lunch. 40 hours / week at $20.00 / hour.

$450 towards Health and dental benefits included after 60 days.

Background check performed. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Key Responsibilities :

Gas Systems Maintenance : Maintain and repair gas systems to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.

General Construction Knowledge : Conduct general construction tasks, including repairing driveways, painting stucco, and addressing various maintenance needs.

Qualifications :
