The Roustabout position is essential for supporting operations in a dynamic environment. This role involves a variety of tasks that require physical strength and a willingness to learn.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Assist with General Labor Tasks:** Support the crew in loading and unloading materials, ensuring a safe and efficient workflow on-site.
– **Maintain Equipment and Tools:** Help keep tools and equipment in good working condition by cleaning and conducting basic maintenance as directed.
– **Follow Safety Protocols:** Adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and coworkers.
– **Support Senior Staff:** Work closely with experienced team members to understand job requirements and develop skills through on-the-job training.
– **Perform Routine Checks:** Assist in inspecting equipment and tools to ensure they are functioning properly and report any issues to supervisors.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
