ROUSSOS Recruitment Hiring for Project Manager at Adelaide, South Australia, Australia Full Time

ROUSSOS is partnering with a national commercial contractor, with the ongoing drive and determination to become one of Australia’s most reputable contractors. This company has recently acquired a pipeline of both fit-out and new build projects ranging from $5M-$15M+, in the education, health & fitness, hospitality, and industrial sectors. Due to constant growth and upcoming projects, they are seeking to engage a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects.

The role

You will through to the Senior Management Team, effectively managing Projects, whilst building strategic external relationships with clients and project partners. Your key responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to;

• Develop project plans outlining scope, objectives, timeline, and budget
• Allocate resources for timely and budget-compliant completion
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide updates and conflict resolution
• Ensure projects meet quality standards as outlined in plans
• Lead and manage project team with guidance, motivation, and support
• Create and maintain project documentation, progress s, budgets, and timelines

The ideal candidate

The successful candidate will have a proven background working on commercial projects up to $5M in value, with the relevant tertiary qualifications and a proven portfolio of project delivery in the Australian Market. As you will lead a range of people within a fast-paced environment, excellent negotiation and communication skills will be essential to drive the process and collaborate with various team members. For the right individual, this role presents an opportunity to progress into a Senior Project Management position over time.
