ROUSSOS Recruitment Hiring for Project Coordinator at Adelaide, South Australia, Australia Full Time

ROUSSOS has been engaged by a national Tier 1 contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile South Australian projects.

Initially, this role will focus on the delivery of a large-scale industrial/ building project, then step on to and lead the delivery of a pre-secured project pipeline across health, sports, education, residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. Supported by strong financial backing, this organisation is known for providing services across the full building lifecycle from design consultation to construction and project delivery.

The role

Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

• Lead and provide mentorship of the entire site team
• Ensure implementation of OH&S standards and procedures onsite
• Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
• Assess deliverables against the set construction program
• Coordinate site logistics, materials, and resource allocation
• Ensure a high level of communication and teamwork through direct communications and site meetings

The ideal candidate

The successful candidate will hold;

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager in a Tier 2 capacity, Tier 1 experience will be highly regarded
• Proven experience leading $20M – $50M builds
• Trade or building qualifications
• Proven ability to assist with scheduling and programming of site works
• Natural leadership skills and capabilities
• Sound knowledge of WHS&E policies and practices
