The role

As Construction Manager, you will serve as an inspiring leader across the Construction Department. ing directly to the Managing Director, you will:

• Enable operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve construction processes and the customer experience
• Facilitate one-on-one coaching, leadership programs, and internal/external training initiatives to cultivate team growth and exceptional performance.
• Drive achievement and excellence by overseeing construction KPIs, revenue, and safety protocols, ensuring all aspects align with the company’s values and objectives.
• Proactively engage in weekly team meetings to collaboratively solve project issues.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Construction Manager will have previous experience in the South Australian residential construction market and hold a tertiary qualification in Building and Construction or equivalent trade experience. You will also have a passion for people and leadership, with strong capabilities for fostering a high-performance culture and delivering an incomparable customer experience. This will also be a promising opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager aspiring to progress to a Construction Manager role, offering both challenge and opportunity for a driven and passion-led individual.
