Risk and Compliance Analyst

Location: Bath, UK

Travel: moderate global travel

The Opportunity

Support enterprise risk management and internal controls compliance across all of Rotork’s global sites.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to step into a growing function with potential to grow in the role or to learn the business and then transition to another department. You will support the Head of Risk and Compliance and Risk and Compliance Manager to plan, perform and supervise our financial control compliance reviews and work with all of our global finance teams. This role has the opportunity to travel to our global sites as travel restrictions ease.

You will help build a strong risk and control culture within Rotork and support enterprise risk management which collects risk information from across the business and presents to senior leadership. You will work closely with our outsourced Internal Audit function, Group Finance and the broader senior leadership team gaining exposure to a wide range of people.

Experience Requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business management is preferred
• Completed (or part completed) an accountancy or internal audit qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIIA or equivalent) is advantageous, other relevant professional certifications are a plus. If required, Rotork will support a successful candidate with studying for a relevant professional qualification.
• Strong analytical and project management skills
