Your day-to-day:

As a Sales Activator, you will be responsible for building and coaching a team of Ambassadors to generate awareness of IQOS among legal age smokers in a designated Hub City. This position focus on Markham and Richmond Hill

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Building a network of Ambassadors within designated Hub Cities and providing them with the right tools and coaching to build IQOS awareness and category understanding locally among legal age smokers.
• Providing performance-based coaching and development to your team of Ambassadors on building relationships and category knowledge within the existing regulatory framework.
• The continuous expansion and mobilization of your ambassador network to ensure the continued success of our heated tobacco products in the Hub City.
• Identifying high-potential business opportunities to generate product awareness among legal age smokers and build category understanding through B2B partnerships. The City Activator will prepare new business opportunities and make recommendations to the City Hub Commercial Deployment Manager.
• Someone with an intimate understanding of how our brand can be developed in certain area. Seizing new opportunities by working with different actors. Developing a community. Brand awareness
• Collaborating with local Territory Executive(s) to identify potential opportunities for activations and product distribution.
• Providing product education about IQOS to legal age smokers at meetings and events at age-restricted venues, leading data collection and post-event follow-up.
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of Ambassadors and deploying strategies to achieve key performance indicators.

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:

• Complete post-secondary education
• Speaking Mandarin or Cantonese fluently
• Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Experience managing relationships and large teams
• Experience in CPG or international companies is an asset
