Rothesay Netherwood School is Looking For Dishwasher at Rothesay, NB Full Time

Rothesay Netherwood School is an independent co-educational boarding and day school for students in Grades 6 to 12, with our RNS Camps Program running a variety of camps and activities throughout the year.

We are looking for a Dishwasher to join the food services team. Temporary Full-time position available, approximately 20 – 40 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities:

· Ensure the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and resetting dining areas.

· Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine

· Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes

· Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine

· Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly

· Empty trash containers regularly

· Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed

· Perform additional cleaning duties as requested

· Clean food prep stations and equipment

· Finish tasks and abide by work schedule

· Receive feedback and coaching to grow in an ever-changing environment

Qualifications:

· Ability to stand for long periods and lifting as much as 50 lbs

· Comfortable bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly

· Restaurant or customer service experience an asset

· Ability to interact with students of all ages and cultures

· Open to coaching and feedback

· Positive and approachable manner

· Time management and problem-solving skills

· Available to work weekdays and weekends as well as filling shifts throughout the calendar year

Salary: $14.75 /hr
