Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Shipping & Logistics Coordinator for a LEADING Medical Device company in Mission Viejo, CA! We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (will NOT require 2-week notice at current employer).

Location : Fully Onsite in Mission Viejo, CA

Schedule : 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM, Mon-Fri

Pay : $22-25 / hr

Position Overview :

As a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning, purchasing, and shipment of our products.

Responsibilities :

• Data entry & supply chain coordination.
• Order entry within SAP software managing inventory.
• Work with suppliers to monitor inventory levels and optimize pricing to reduce costs.
• Coordinate and schedule shipments, choosing the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods for various international destinations.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, providing updates on order status and shipment tracking.
• Address shipping issues, such as delays, damages, and discrepancies, and work to find effective resolutions.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of Logistics experience
• 2+ years of warehouse & shipment experience
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• SAP software experience is a PLUS!
