Ross Hackett, Dowling, Valencia & Walti Hiring for Receptionist/Office Assistant Full Time

• We are a boutique law office, with three attorneys. We are seeking a versatile receptionist/office assistant, who can be a team player.
• Duties include welcoming clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments for attorneys, handling inquiries, managing mail and deliveries, maintain files, ordering and replenishing office supplies, manage and maintain the repair of office equipment, i.e. fax machine, postage meter and copy machine. The candidate will sometimes assist legal assistants and attorneys in copying and/or scanning documents, and other duties.
• Qualifications include word processing and computer experience, and the willingness to learn software programs used in the office.
• Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.63 per hour
