Due to our ongoing organic growth, we are currently seeking a qualified temporary full-time Document Controller to join our Intelligent Plastic Solutions (IPS) Facility Team for a term of six (6) months (with the possibility of extension) in Calgary, Alberta. The Document Controller shall provide the ability to interact with staff in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

Responsibilities:
Work with IPS team to collect all required documentation;

Manage and control document submittals to client using Client’s SharePoint sites and email;

Receive and review client comments with IPS team;

Organize responses and verify comment integration into re-submissions;

Manage and advise IPS team of submittal deadlines/re-submission timelines;

Organize and control client documentation in ROSEN document management systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification or Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of related experience in project document control within an Oil & Gas or Manufacturing environment;

Possess superior Microsoft Office application skills;

Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) are required;

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy are a must;

Must be flexible and willing to perform other duties as required;

Adapt to changing work schedules and demanding timelines, overtime as required;

Must have valid work authorization in Canada.
