The Scheduler is responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels as it relates to state and federal guidelines.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Complete the schedule with the allocated amount of advance notice
• Communicate effectively with care staff to fill shifts
• Monitor the employee vacation requests that have been approved by the department manager and communicate any areas of concern
• Enter time-card edits and PTO requests into payroll processing system once approved by department manager
• Maintain the daily staffing boards
• Ensure that the staffing sheets are completed and maintained per the facility documentation retention policy
• Maintain budgets for staffing hours
• Communicate effectively and candidly with corporate agency staffer to ensure proper staffing levels are met
• Help to recruit and retain care staff
• Provide care/pass meds when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All employees will answer COVID-19 screening questionnaire and will have their temperature checked prior to each shift. Proper PPE is required to be worn by all employees.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Medication Technician (Preferred)
