Rosedale Transport Hiring for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE at Dorval, QC Full Time

Rosedale Transport is a family owned business since 1969. With 15 terminals across North America we can provide and service our customers freight knowing their product will arrive quickly and safe to its destination.

Rosedale Transport in Dorval requires a Customer Service Representative role in Dorval, QC. The role includes administrative work, operations, and customer care.

This representative will be responsible for communicating verbally and by email with Customers, outside agents and internal employees. General responsibilities will include taking pickups, tracing shipments, follow up with customers as required and in a timely manner, handle cash collect shipments and make some account collection calls to French speaking customers on behalf of the Accounts Receivable Department.

Shift

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Description:

• Minimum of 2 years direct experience in a Customer Service capacity.
• Must be bilingual in both English and French and have the ability to effectively communicate in both languages verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience working within the transportation industry an asset.
• Strong conflict resolution skills in order to handle customer issues.
• Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• manual dexterity for desktop computer and peripherals.

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Maddocks Systems, Telephone, 2 way radio and email
